潔凈室的維護與管理很重要

　　1.在潔凈室內(nèi)不能用紫外線燈消毒代替化學(xué)消毒,使用的消毒劑要定期更換,以防微生物產(chǎn)生耐藥性。另外為了防止交叉污染,不同潔凈度級別的潔凈室應(yīng)有各自專用的清掃、消毒用品。

　　2.對潔凈室的工作人員要進行培訓(xùn),掌握GMP中有關(guān)潔凈室的養(yǎng)護和凈化系統(tǒng)的使用維護的基本知識。同時建立專人管理設(shè)備的制度。

　　3.指定專人負責(zé)潔凈室主要參數(shù)的日常監(jiān)督檢測,并建立相應(yīng)的檢測記錄制度,以確保潔凈室的正常工作狀況。
